Kenya: Children are putting onetab to the test

Together with two communities in Western and Southern Kenya, onebillion recently launched a trial using our new device onetab. The objective is to investigate:

• Effectiveness of onecourse software in improving children’s learning in an out-of school environment.
• Effectiveness of the ‘onetab+onecourse’ dedicated learning device when used in a community setting. We use remote data collection, observations, surveys and interviews with parents and children to improve the effectiveness of both the software and the delivery model, if it shows promise.
